Christopher Hartmann

Christopher Hartmann’s (b. 1993, Germany) paintings portray situations delving into the intimacy and estrangement inherent to friendships and romantic relationships. Hartmann’s body of work offers the viewer a glimpse into fragile and tender moments where words are left unsaid. Hartmann has held solo exhibitions at BLUM, Los Angeles; T&Y Projects, Tokyo; Nassima-Landau Foundation, Tel Aviv; GNYP Gallery, Berlin; Hannah Barry Gallery, London; and, recently, Art Basel with Blum.
